Job Family Descriptor We are seeking a qualified candidate to oversee and drive the back office provisioning of service delivery, including onnet feasibility access networks and customer order provisioning. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the availability of network systems inventory and bandwidth for provisioning on networks. You will analyze the need for capacity augmentation optimization to address capacity crunch in networks and manage and monitor the planning and delivery of orders in terms of configuration management. Additionally, you will guide and monitor the team to design the network, ensuring customer connectivity within the agreed time, and supervise the handover to the project implementation team. Your role will involve diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems, as well as taking corrective action when necessary. You will also provide technical expertise in business planning and workflow management to ensure the smooth integration of network and system solutions, along with network improvement.
As the responsible individual, you will be accountable for hardware planning, environment provisioning, documentation, and application deployments for a variety of applications and services. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to provide integrated service delivery across multiple products to meet the client’s requirements. In addition, you will provide expertise to internal teams, as well as external vendors and partners, to deliver complex solutions in a timely manner.
Broad outline of the Role The successful candidate should possess a broad knowledge of specific professional operational practices and demonstrate management or advanced knowledge of these practices. You will be responsible for checking existing systems for problems and modifying work processes following defined procedures. This is an operational role where you will be accountable for achieving day-to-day objectives. You will work under direct supervision, and no prior work-related experience is required.
