Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
In this position, your key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to implement solutions that align with and extend shared platforms and solutions.
• Writing code that adheres to standards and delivers the intended functionality using the technology selected for the project.
• Understanding performance parameters and evaluating application performance.
• Working on core data structures and algorithms and implementing them using the language of your choice.
Education Qualification
For roles outside the USA:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with some basic experience.
Technical Expertise:
You should have 0-3 years of experience with a basic understanding of C, C++ on Linux, and a strong grasp of OOPS concepts. Awareness of methodologies such as Lean/Agile/XP, etc.
Nice to have:
It would be advantageous to possess knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software, and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques. Additionally, being familiar with and capable of applying continuous integration (CI) is desirable. Moreover, having a general understanding of how technology choices impact the software development life cycle would be beneficial.
