Your Responsibilities In your role as an Associate Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Designing, constructing, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications based on business requirements.
• Comprehending business drivers influencing performance and delivering software in line with those expectations.
• Incorporating technological trends into solutions and participating in the development of automation solutions, novel features, and technologies, integrating them into existing solutions.
• Assuming responsibility for resolving incidents and providing support to customers through various communication channels, including voice interaction, email, chat, and remote assistance.

Your Qualifications We are particularly interested in candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• The ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
• A versatile, multi-disciplinary approach and the ability to quickly acquire and apply new skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Meeting code delivery deadlines and quality expectations, including participating in peer reviews.
• Taking ownership of the successful implementation of solutions.
• Providing support for infrastructure operations and/or managing delivery for IT production systems and services.
• Willingness to relocate as required for project deployments within India and to work on a 24×7 shift basis in accordance with business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additionally, candidates with the following qualifications will be preferred:

• Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis.
• Experience or knowledge in configuring and customizing Salesforce.com applications.
• Proficiency in J2EE and full-stack development.
• Knowledge and experience in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
• Expertise in test automation engineering, including the creation of test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
• Application of business and functional knowledge, including adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies, to achieve overall testing objectives.
• Designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Preparing comprehensive reports related to software testing.
• Analyzing results and providing observations to the development team.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must hold a full-time B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) degree from the 2022 or 2023 academic year (Part-time and distance education are not accepted).
• Note: MBA/PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this role.
• You should have no active backlogs during the application and onboarding processes.
• Your relevant degree must have been completed within the stipulated duration, with no gaps.
• For example, B.Tech must be completed in 4 years, or M.Tech/MSc must be completed in 2 years.
• Only your highest educational qualification will be considered.
• You should not have participated in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process within the last three months.
• You should have no more than 11 months of prior work experience.
• You must be eligible to work in India, either by citizenship or possess relevant work permit documents.
• Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without obtaining a work visa, while all other foreign nationals require a work visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
• You must be willing to work in any Business Unit/Service Line within the company and be open to joining or relocating to any Accenture office across India.
