Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field. The ideal candidate should either be a recent graduate or a current student with a genuine passion for digital marketing. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating and overseeing social, programmatic, and search campaigns.
- Analyzing campaign performance regularly and making necessary weekly/monthly optimizations to ensure they meet their objectives.
- Conducting in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and formulate targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with your Team Lead to identify process and analytics enhancement possibilities.
- Ensuring that your work meets the quality and on-time delivery standards set by the management.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Having personal transportation and a willingness to work flexible shifts, preferably in Australian time zones.
- Demonstrating a strong interest in learning digital marketing platforms and preferably having completed a digital marketing course.
- Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibiting the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively with good organizational skills.
- Scoring above 80% in your undergraduate degree is a significant advantage.
- Being open to working either in a hybrid or full-time in-office capacity.

Shifts: 3 AM – 12 PM, 4 AM – 1 PM, 5 AM – 2 PM
