Job Title: Operations Representative

Job Description

The Operations Representative role involves interacting with customers through various channels such as inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or the internet, depending on client requirements. This position focuses on providing customer service and technical support while resolving routine issues related to the client’s products or services.

Experience: Freshers or candidates with any level of experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that services provided to customers meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  2. Clarify customer requirements by probing for a deeper understanding and utilize decision-support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolutions.
  3. Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while creating opportunities to build rapport.
  4. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner following agreed-upon procedures.
  5. Maintain a foundational knowledge of client products and/or services.
  6. Prepare complete and accurate work, including proper notations on customer accounts as required.
  7. Participate in activities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.
  8. Offer additional products and/or services as appropriate.
  9. Record and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries by directing them to relevant published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff members.
