Job Description
Position Overview
This role is situated within the Genpact Corporate IT – TAS Division. The primary responsibilities involve testing applications developed on the Salesforce Platform. The role includes creating and executing comprehensive end-to-end test cases to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to end users.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in creating, executing, and reporting test cases and defects.
- Proficiency in testing Salesforce and SharePoint applications.
- Skill in writing test cases and tracking defects using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborating with project teams to resolve defects.
- Proficient in test management.
- Exposure to creating automation test scripts using JavaScript with Selenium.
- Managing projects and change requests, including the design of test strategies and conducting regression tests.
- Writing SQL/SOQL queries in Salesforce.
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Providing regular status updates (daily/weekly).
Qualifications We Look For
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent qualifications.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles.

- Experience in software testing.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Willingness to learn, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries.
