Job Description
Barclays is currently seeking a Business Analyst for their team. The responsibilities of the candidate include:
- Providing technical leadership and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Offering line management support, mentoring, and leadership to the team.
- Collaborating within the PB Technology function as a member of the CLM team.
- Contributing across the CLM function as part of the team.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with application support teams to ensure the efficient project deployment into the production environment.
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum Qualification – B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis practices within Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, to provide a world-class service and enhance the client experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management.
- A proven track record in Business analysis/project management, along with experience in facilitating workshops using design thinking techniques/approaches, is preferred.
