Job Description


The role involves handling incidents and service requests from customers or end-users by following the standard methods and procedures of the unit.

What will your job look like?

• You will conduct ticket analysis, service interruption assessment, issue triage, and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Ensure all necessary ticket information is available for further analysis, such as screenshots of errors and customer IDs, and apply standard methods and procedures to resolve known or recurring issues.

• Effectively utilize the existing knowledge base and documentation for quick, initial issue resolution.

• Manage ticket queues for assignment to other teams and ensure timely resolution while monitoring service level agreements (SLAs).

• Guarantee prompt resolution or escalation within agreed-upon SLAs, fostering a positive customer support experience by understanding problems, promptly communicating progress, and maintaining a professional attitude.

• Update checklists for quality assurance and progress tracking in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Ensure seamless shift handovers and track all key performance indicators (KPIs) to report and publish SLA achievements.

• Maintain clear communication and documentation as the primary point of contact.

• Conduct validation, verification, and correction of system artifacts (reports, bills, event records, screens, etc.) and properly document any detected errors.

• Perform basic software system operations, including online screen usage, running maps and jobs, basic configuration/installation, and backups.

• Address issues arising from various applications, record manual billing requests, process payments, and handle miscellaneous activities.

All you need is…

• A bachelor’s degree in Science, IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

• Experience in coding in at least one programming language.

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and development.

• Experience in Production Support or Application Support.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
