Job Opportunity: Principal Consultant – Business Analyst (Service Now)
We are currently accepting applications for the position of Principal Consultant – Business Analyst (Service Now). In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in the entire project lifecycle, focusing primarily on delivering business value and realizing benefits.
Responsibilities
- Gather and meticulously document both business and system requirements, creating necessary artifacts such as User stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications based on client needs.
- Comprehend and negotiate the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs with the team post-client approvals, ensuring complete clarity throughout the project.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and internal project teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to align with business requirements.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by establishing a transparent communication process to keep all stakeholders updated on project results.
- Generate and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, project summaries, and meeting schedules.
- Provide support to customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform functional testing to verify that requirements are met.

- B.E / MCA / Relevant degree
- Previous working experience with ServiceNow.
- Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools.
