Job Description
Role Summary/Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones and addressing general customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Their primary duties include arranging services requested by customers and projecting a professional company image through phone interactions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Handle service calls from customers based in the US.
- Resolve queries and concerns during phone calls.
- Coordinate services required by customers.
- Provide customers with information about products and services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution.
- Recognize, document, and communicate trends in customer calls to the supervisor.
- Recommend process improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Freshers or experienced external candidates can be considered (0 to 9 months of experience).

- Excellent English language communication skills.
