Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The TA Intern Coordinator will progressively take on more responsibilities. Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team, including tasks such as job postings, candidate communications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout each stage of the interview process.
  • Update candidate statuses on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) after interviews, during selection, and upon offering roles.
  • Manage post-selection documentation and engage with candidates during the pre-onboarding phase, following the 30-60-90 days’ notice timelines.
  • Compile new hire details for HR Operations to initiate background verification (BGV) and complete other joining procedures.
  • Maintain daily updates on interview status and offers for recruiters.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, video, or in-person) with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Follow up proactively with interviewers to collect feedback on candidates.
  • Maintain organized records of candidate data, such as resumes, assignments, and contact information, in internal databases and ATS.
  • Collaborate with universities, colleges, and technical programs to promote career opportunities.
  • Assist with additional recruitment-related tasks, including sourcing, candidate screening, and building talent pipelines as needed.

Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates will showcase a strong record of academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and relevant experience, as well as:

  • 0-6 months of work experience, preferably in recruitment coordination or an HR internship.
  • Proven teamwork experience through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, especially Workday, is an advantage.
