What would you do?

As a member of the Technology for Operations team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team’s focus is on providing innovative and secure technologies to assist clients in building an intelligent operating model that drives exceptional results. Collaborating closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams, we identify and develop innovative solutions. The Application Hosting Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring customer success by offering managed hosting services (Infrastructure & Platform), dynamic data centers, expanding existing services, product support, supplier management, and application operations. Infrastructure Services (IS) – AHO consistently expands TFO hosting and services portfolios, offering high-value services like virtual machine, database, web, and desktop hosting, along with on-demand virtualized servers and networking services. AHO’s capability to differentiate and scale client requirements into multiple solution options is key to driving client success and productivity into the future. The team utilizes the Automation in Application Maintenance methodology to implement automation in AM projects. This involves reducing ticket-based effort and non-ticket-based effort by designing, assembling, and implementing an automation solution. This solution comprises AI, RPA, custom bots for automated ticket resolution, assisted ticket resolution, ticket analytics, automated monitoring, preventive monitoring, predictive monitoring, self-healing, and automated service management and reporting.
