Job Description
DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage in operational activities associated with audiobook content. Associates are expected to listen, identify, and rectify issues related to the content within audiobooks using designated software or tools while adhering to standard operating procedures. The work involves extended periods of listening through the use of headsets.
Key Job Responsibilities
This encompasses, but is not confined to:
- Comprehending and adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Analyzing and identifying issues within the audio content.
- Grasping the nature of the issue and effectively utilizing available resources/tools to address and resolve it.
- Systematically escalating problems or discrepancies to the relevant owners/teams in accordance with established processes and standards.
- Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Complying with the service level agreement and adhering to the average handle time criteria established for the processes.
- Meeting predetermined productivity targets and maintaining quality standards.
- The individual is expected to make judgment-based decisions based on observations and procedures.
