What your role will entail:
- Compile business documents and technical specifications in alignment with customer needs.
- Offer guidance to clients by leveraging product features and methodologies, reusing solutions where applicable.
- Design comprehensive, integrated solutions that meet the business requirements, operational feasibility, and budget constraints of the client.
- Engage in or lead both formal and informal discussions with key stakeholders, offering technical insights and support based on experience.
- Communicate the details of new solutions and their effects on business operations to both IT and business teams of the client.
- Ensure customers fully comprehend the proposed solution, addressing any questions and action points.
- Provide support during the scoping phase for a specific domain, including customer approval processes (such as COP for various customer types and products, and EPC oversight for all product models and designs).
- Create solution-related documentation and technical specifications. Configure the solution and develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans for relevant testing stages.
- Assist in resolving any configuration or implementation challenges as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management, specializing in Information Systems.
- Experience working directly with customers, with strong communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant products and end-to-end business processes.
- Understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with Amdocs business workflows.
- Strong technical expertise and communication abilities.
