How will you contribute in this role?
This position involves ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of merchant fund release requests, along with conducting thorough research and reconciliation of merchant accounts.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining an 80/20 ratio, and collaborating with internal teams and client managers to address requests.
You will provide support to various stakeholders such as Merchants, Processors, MS TSC, Banking, SRG/KOAT, Contract Review, Submissions, ESSU, CMS, Acquisition, Network Development, Risk Management, and Welcome Acceptance.
Tasks involve reviewing, analyzing, and processing a range of merchant requests, from basic to complex. This requires understanding and applying information from business and legal documents like Articles of Incorporation, Business licenses, Guarantee Agreements, IRS documents, AMEX Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, and PAD Agreements to manage critical maintenance requests efficiently.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of cases and meeting strict deadlines to enhance the merchant experience. The role demands strong analytical skills, collaboration, excellent written and verbal communication, and self-direction with a commitment to follow-through.
Customer focus and urgency are key, along with professionalism when engaging with clients at all levels. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential, as is proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 19:30 to 04:00 IST.

- Graduation degree.

- Strong orientation towards achieving results.
- Ability to make independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines.
