About the Role:
At Angel One, the Customer Experience (CX) team is focused on enhancing user support through a digital-first strategy. We are expanding capabilities across IVR systems, chat assistants, and other channels to deliver a smooth and efficient service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a structured dataset containing conversational prompts and their ideal responses.
- Create and maintain automated UI testing scripts to replicate complete conversational journeys.
- Support the integration of datasets into an LLM-based evaluation system for acceptability testing.
- Develop methods to consistently track automation logs and assess bot performance.
- Enhance testing frameworks by incorporating edge cases and negative scenarios to ensure consistent chatbot responses, even under unexpected conditions.
Who You Are:
- Comfortable working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Skilled in Python scripting, especially for machine learning tasks.
- Familiar with basic concepts of prompt engineering.
- Capable of performing fundamental data analysis.

About the Role:
The Customer Experience (CX) team at Angel One is focused on enhancing customer service through a digital-first strategy. We are expanding support channels like IVR systems, chat assistants, and more to deliver a smooth and efficient experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of Angel One’s customer support and communication systems, including channels such as push notifications, toll-free services, email, and chatbot support.
- Develop a unified view of customer interactions across various platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers to track, measure, and report key performance indicators through dashboards.
- Partner with the technology team to create and maintain data pipelines supporting different features and customer journeys.
- Handle and organize raw data sourced from Salesforce, Ozonetel, and other internal tech systems.
- Design dashboards to monitor metrics and extract actionable insights.
- Be available to work from the Bangalore office at least two days per week.
About You:
- Strong command of SQL with experience handling large datasets/tables in environments like AWS Redshift, Databricks, and Python.
- Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to connect user behavior insights with data from multiple sources.
- Proficient in validating data accuracy and identifying whether trends reflect real changes or data integrity issues.
- A comprehensive, context-driven approach to interpreting and working with data.
