BCG off campus drive 2024 – Intern (Tech Contractual)

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role supports the Internal squad within the Knowledge & Design Product Portfolio, focusing on maintaining internal webpages on an enterprise content management system. We’re seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team, contributing to the future of BCG by making it faster, more agile, and efficient.

Key duties include:

• Assist in the creation and quality assurance of internal informational webpages using BCG’s content management platform, Sitecore.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, provide training, and offer creative solutions during the site development process.
• Independently manage content uploads, utilize templates, and oversee the design and development of new webpages.
• Detect and document technical issues in the project’s defect management system.
• Support the Dev and QA teams with Automation Testing.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects while tracking time for specific tasks to facilitate future analysis.
• Assist with additional tasks from the product manager and lead analysts, such as documenting processes for future platform development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Computer Science or Business Information Technology is preferred.
• Ideally, a rising Junior or Senior with strong academic performance.
• Willingness to quickly learn Selenium with Java, Testng, Cucumber Framework, Git, and Maven Tool.
• Prior work or internship experience is beneficial.
• Experience with design, blog creation, or digital marketing is advantageous, though not required.
• Familiarity with Sitecore CMS tools is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding, service-oriented environment while adhering to BCG’s Code of Conduct.
