Job Description – BCG off campus drive 2024 – Junior Analyst
Qualifications Needed:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, mathematics, or related field with a strong academic record
- Relevant coursework, projects, or internships in market/consumer research data analytics
Preferred educational backgrounds include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, or Mathematics
Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in market research and data analytics
- Proficient in data management, processing, and analysis
- Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tools like SPSS, R, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, Market Sight, VBA, SQL is advantageous
- Strong database and analytical tool management skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across different locations in a fast-paced environment
- Effective prioritization and expectation management in a matrix organization
