Testing Engineer Intern – Smartwatch (Quality/App)

Internship Description:

We are looking for a meticulous Testing Engineer to join our smartwatch team. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of both hardware and software elements, with a strong focus on user experience. This position combines hands-on testing, community engagement, and data analysis to ensure a high-quality product.

Responsibilities:

• User Testing: Conduct comprehensive user testing to identify usability issues, gather feedback, and ensure the product aligns with user expectations.
• Community Management: Develop and manage a robust smartwatch community to gather user insights, conduct community testing, and build brand loyalty.
• Test Report Generation: Create detailed test reports, including bug reports, user feedback summaries, and recommendations for product improvements.
• Product Analysis: Review product feedback and analyze user reviews to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the development team to ensure product quality, identify and resolve defects, and drive product enhancements.
• App and Hardware Understanding: Gain an in-depth understanding of smartwatch apps and hardware components to effectively test product functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field – 2024 Graduates only
