Job Description
- Analysts function as integral members of project teams, engaging in process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and the execution of other GRCS solutions.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality client services.
- Oversee progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about developments and expected outcomes.
- Exhibit fundamental accounting and process-related knowledge, with the ability to adapt to new information.
- Stay abreast of advancements in advisory services capabilities and industry trends.
- This role may entail domestic and international travel to client locations.
- Possess a basic understanding of process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with advanced analytical tools being advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work effectively within team environments.
- Have a fundamental grasp of IT systems and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to perform under pressure, meeting stringent deadlines and working in demanding client conditions that may require extended hours.
- Willingness to undertake continuous travel within India or abroad for extended periods.
- Demonstrate integrity, uphold values, principles, and maintain a strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATIONS
