Job Description

Work Responsibilities:

As an HR BPO Analyst within the HC Managed Services function, the following tasks are to be undertaken for the client:

  1. Execute HR operations processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS data management.
  2. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies within HR operations.
  3. Maintain accurate and current HR data in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or related databases.
  4. Generate HR reports and analytics to facilitate decision-making.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their HR operational queries and needs.
  6. Collaborate with clients to comprehend their specific HR requirements and tailor services accordingly.
  7. Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline HR processes for operational efficiency.
  8. Implement best practices and drive process enhancements as needed.
  9. Ensure HR operations align with local, state, and federal regulations, in addition to company policies and industry standards.
  10. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to guarantee data accuracy and process compliance.
  11. Maintain records of HR operations, transactions, and relevant documentation.

Required Skills:

  1. Basic knowledge of HR processes and understanding of general HR practices and technology.
  2. Preferable experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactor, Oracle, Darwinbox, etc.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  4. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  5. Proactive and quick learner.
  6. Effective team player.
  7. Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
  8. Bachelor’s / Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
  9. This role requires working from the office.
  10. This role may involve travel and working in shifts.
  11. 0-1 years of relevant experience.
