Job Description
Diebold Nixdorf – Technical Trainer
Responsibilities
- Develops an understanding of the principles, methods, and best practices related to Technical Training.
- Gains experience in conducting training activities, such as:
- Assessing training requirements
- Creating, updating, and maintaining instructional materials and interactive exercises
- Delivering training sessions
- Identifying and resolving training-related operational issues
- Measuring the impact and success of training programs
- Making improvements to training content and delivery based on participant feedback
- Adheres to internal training policies and guidelines established by DN.
- Provides support on various special assignments or projects as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Up to 2 years of experience in technical training or a related field, or a comparable mix of education and hands-on experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken business English.
