Key Responsibilities:
Technical Excellence:
- Maintaining meticulous records in both the system and Excel, depending on the specific task.
- Validating information and documents.
- Confirming information through designated sources as per client guidelines.
- Following up via phone calls or emails with HR SPOC/Institutes/Colleges/Universities to conclude verifications or gather necessary information and documents from candidates.
- Coordinating with verification sources and updating the internal database.
- Closing verification checks within the specified timeframe.
- Collaborating with other operational departments for closures when necessary.
- Demonstrating proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Possessing an analytical mindset.
- Maintaining focus and a target-oriented approach.

- Hold a degree in any field, including Graduate/Post Graduate/LLM/LLB.
Experience:
- Have 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in secondary research, company profiling, and business intelligence.
