Job Description
We are seeking an individual with a profound understanding and the ability to efficiently manage day-to-day operations while adhering to SLA requirements. This entails addressing inquiries related to cash application and liaising with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Place collection calls to customers and send invoices via email, fax, or traditional mail based on their preferences.
- Identify and resolve unidentified cash transactions, overseeing the entire cash application process.
- Execute cash application tasks for invoices at designated sites, ensuring the completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
- Follow up on internal and customer disputes, addressing inquiries and collaborating across departments to achieve resolutions.
- Reconcile orders to align with customer records, validating credits or debits and communicating them to customers for collection or refund.
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in English language skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Substantial experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash.
