Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with online training and support to end users for functional issues related to ERP.
- Report and follow up on technical issues with the development team to identify root causes and facilitate bug-fixing.
- Analyze the priority of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Offer support through our internal helpdesk portal and email.
- Respond promptly to user queries to achieve maximum Turnaround Time (TAT) for functional issues.
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech/M. Tech/MCA with 0-2 years of experience.
