Job Description
Harman International is currently seeking a qualified individual for the Lead Data Migration Engineer position.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of data migration, encompassing design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and upkeep comprehensive data migration plans and timelines.
- Create and optimize ETL mappings.
- Generate sample data to facilitate the migration process.
- Validate, execute, and manage errors during ICI Legacy load.
- Demonstrate adept analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage time and work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Possess a robust understanding of ETL processes and associated tools.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of the Congo database and Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
- Have experience in error handling, validation, flow streamlining, and batch processing for ICI data migration.
- Proficient in SQL and Congo data mapping design and development.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
