Roles & Responsibilities
As a QA and Test Engineer, your role will involve reviewing, revising, and executing both manual and automated testing plans and procedures.
You will be responsible for creating tests to identify any software problems and analyzing any bugs and errors found during testing.
Collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams, and business stakeholders is essential.
Your responsibilities will also include documenting test results for the software development team, recommending improvements in software to enhance user experience, and motivating the development process for efficiency and performance.
Additionally, you will work closely with the software development team to enhance and improve the quality of the software, researching and comparing similar competitor products, and maintaining updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
You are expected to think outside the box and find creative solutions to tough technical problems, in order to ensure successful project completion.
Preferred Expertise
Technical and Professional Expertise requirements for this role include proficiency in Selenium, Python, dockerization, and CI/CD processes.
In addition to these core skills, experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Openshift is preferred.
Demonstrating competence in these areas is essential for the success of this position.
