Job Description
The following job opportunity is available for individuals seeking part-time or full-time employment. You will have the flexibility to work from any location of your choice, with the freedom to create your own work schedule for 4 hours a day.
You will be paid on a weekly basis, with additional incentives for delivering quality work.
This is a voice-based calling process, and you will be able to communicate in any two of the following languages: Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, and Malayalam.
About the Online Associate Program:
As an Online Associate, you will be responsible for assisting IndiaMART’s buyers over the phone.
Your primary responsibility will be to verify information provided by the buyer and update it on the portal.
This is a non-sales process that requires excellent verbal communication skills, a laptop/desktop, broadband internet connection, and a strong work ethic.
You are expected to work a minimum of 4 hours a day, and an average associate working for 8 hours can earn between Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Additional incentives will be provided based on the quality and output of your service. Your work output and quality will directly determine how much you can earn from this program.

The selection process for this job will consist of two stages. The first stage will be an Online IndiaMART Aptitude Test, which will test your knowledge and skills related to the job requirements. The second stage will be a Video Assessment, where you will be asked to provide answers to job-specific questions through a video interview.
