Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within an Agile development team to produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Design and implement new modules and functionalities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Evaluate and resolve complex technical problems by developing innovative solutions that enhance product performance and scalability.
• Identify areas for process optimization, introduce automation tools, and contribute to improving overall development practices.
• Participate in unit, integration, and performance testing to maintain high product reliability and stability.
• Encourage knowledge exchange and continuous skill development among team members to strengthen technical expertise.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards, ensure high-quality deliverables, and uphold best development practices.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Node.js development.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to UI development frameworks or libraries.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, and VPC.
• Proficiency with build and code quality tools like Maven, Ant, and SonarQube.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or GitLab.
• Quick learner with the ability to analyze challenges and develop effective technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing methodologies.
