Position Overview and Expectations

The Associate Software Engineer will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by customers, as well as supporting the ongoing development and improvement of our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) product.

• Resolving Customer Issues: Conduct investigations into customer-reported problems, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
• Product Support and Improvement: Partner with the product development team to overcome technical challenges, enhancing the product’s features and functionality.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Keep thorough records of issues and resolutions, and help develop knowledge base content.
• Issue Reproduction and Testing: Execute tests to replicate and confirm reported issues and validate fixes within the RPA product.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and customer support teams to improve product quality and optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

• Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
