ITRON Off Campus Hiring 2025 – Apprentice
Qualifications & Skills Required:
As an intern, you will engage in various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL.
- Basic understanding of ERP applications; knowledge of Oracle EBS is an advantage.
- Supporting the Help Desk Team in delivering technical assistance.
- Assisting with ISO audits and compliance procedures.
- Contributing to the management and organization of the Knowledge Base.
- Supporting the Learning and Development (L&D) module.
- Assisting in project transitions.
- Willingness to work from the office (WFO).
- Fundamental knowledge of ITIL, Oracle Applications, Cloud computing, and Infrastructure.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing essential cybersecurity guidance and support.
- Serving as the first point of contact for users and customers seeking assistance, information, or access to services.
- Delivering customer support across multiple channels, including direct interaction, digital platforms, self-service options, and automated systems.
- Handling service requests according to established procedures.
- Assigning and escalating support tickets efficiently.
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including vendors.
- Participating in internal audits and documenting relevant processes.
- Contributing to the L&D team by coordinating and facilitating training programs.
- Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles as part of regular operations.
- Assisting in project transitions and ensuring smooth handover to support teams.
Educational Qualification:
- Fresh graduates from the 2024 batch with a degree from a recognized university.
