Job Description
The Role
As a Technical Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide support for problem and change tickets in client support operations, such as storage systems or servers. This involves identifying problems and implementing necessary changes to hardware, software, applications, or network systems. These tasks require independent thinking and problem-solving skills to find resolutions. Collaboration with other teams is often necessary to address issues. Additionally, this role provides an opportunity to learn about ongoing automation and analytics projects with clients, aiming to streamline and enhance operations with minimal effort.

Who You Are
- Possess fundamental understanding of IT principles.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, Windows, Linux, Unix, and other operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts.
- Familiarity with Z/Os and operations monitoring.
- Understanding of SAN, backup and restore technology.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud fundamentals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
