Job Description

Job Description:

MountBlue is seeking skilled and motivated engineers to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess programming proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, or Ruby.

Selected individuals will undergo a comprehensive 12-week training program. Upon successfully fulfilling the program requirements, candidates will be offered the position of a Software Development Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate in a team to develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software.
  2. Build web and mobile applications using languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, HTML, and CSS.
  3. Ensure nearly 100% timely and defect-free software deployments.
  4. Generate documentation for the software and APIs.
  5. Provide support for software during production and deliver hot fixes.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C, C++, JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Python).
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Note:

The company invests significantly in training new employees through direct mentoring by senior professionals. Applicants willing to commit to 15 months of continuous employment should apply. If a candidate leaves before completing 15 months with MountBlue Technologies, a recoverable training cost of ₹200,000 applies.

After the initial 3 months of training, candidates will be assigned to one of the following locations: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Chennai, taking candidate preferences into consideration.

Compensation/Stipend:

  • First three months (training): Stipend of ₹15,000 per month.
  • Next 12 months stipend: ₹33.4k per month (total of ₹4.01 Lakh).
  • Compensation after 15 months of stipend will be performance-dependent, typically ranging from ₹8 to ₹12 lakh.

Selection Process:

  1. Round 1: Online Coding Challenge Test (remote).
  2. Round 2: Interviews at Bangalore/NCR locations.
  3. Shortlisted candidates must visit MountBlue Technologies’ Bangalore/NCR offices for interviews; no exemptions will be made.
