Parallel Wireless Off Campus Hiring 2025 – Intern, Customer Support
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work in a 24/7 shift environment with a flexible schedule.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of one or more Radio Access Technologies, including 5G, LTE, UMTS, and GSM.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, tunneling, and security protocols.
- Experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical issues.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel or other statistical analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a 24/7 remote network monitoring team on a rotating shift schedule.
- Monitor network events, alarms, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Generate KPI reports and provide technical insights to the Customer Support team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine specific reporting requirements.
- Conduct first-level technical analysis and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
