Job Description: Management Trainee – Order Management

Overview: Genpact seeking applications for the position of Management Trainee in Order Management. The role involves overseeing Sales Support operations, focusing on Order entry and management, Order fulfilment, Contract management, Master data management, Territory manager support, Reporting, and Analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Sales support team to ensure efficient operations and meet key metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
  • Manage customer and third-party relationships to ensure smooth operations and revenue maximization.
  • Resolve process issues by coordinating internally and externally with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain governance and customer relationships, addressing critical issues promptly with corrective and preventive action planning.

Key Activities as an Individual Contributor:

  • Enter and validate Contract Orders in ERP systems and update corresponding Contracts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and sales representatives, serving as a primary contact for inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Service technicians, Logistics teams, and Sales to ensure accurate order delivery and installation for customers.
  • Administer customer contracts, including billing computations and resolving customer queries.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain document archives for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Update ERP systems with Customer Master details, order information, pricing, etc.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to manage availability and deliveries.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate degree.
  • Experience with SAP ERP.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven ability to handle clients effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team collaborations.
