Job Description:
• Actively monitor all social media platforms both manually and through relevant software when necessary.
• Promptly identify and document negative tweets, posts, videos, and comments.
• Effectively utilize social listening tools for response management.
• Share brand posts, tweets, and comments with the respective managers in real-time.
• Assist in preparing and sharing reports that provide an overview of the brand’s sentiment and quantify tonality towards the brand.
• Collect, collate, and identify trends on social media, sharing insights through real-time analysis of incoming audience comments.
• Assist in gathering data for preparing presentation reports for weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications:
• A graduate degree is required.
• Knowledge of Digital Media/SEO is a plus.
• 0-2 years of work experience in a brand, digital, social, PR, or media agency.
Technical Skills Required:
• Professional-level proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel.
• Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Digital Media, and Online Reputation Management.
• Familiarity with the social media/digital listening tool Sprinklr.
• Must stay informed and be an active follower of trends and activities in the social and digital space, possessing a keen eye for detail.
