Job Description
Paytm Insider is seeking Business Development Interns to aid in the expansion of our presence in the South zone. Our objective is to craft innovative and imaginative offerings tailored to local event organizers and venues throughout the city.
The Business Development Intern will take on the responsibility of cultivating partnerships with local organizers, venues, and partners, supporting the regional manager in the expedient closure of deals, and striving for optimal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with designated clients. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives and payment processes for each event listing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Small/Medium scale organizers, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of their accounts and related documentation.
- Address and resolve inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, consistently providing satisfactory responses.
- Oversee incoming customer service queries, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Recognize and evaluate the specific needs of organizers and venues, collect feedback, and convey this information to the appropriate teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
