- Proficiency in Excel: Strong command over Excel for operational tracking and data analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to align operational efforts with overarching business objectives, fostering a cohesive strategy for service delivery.
- Ownership and Responsibility: Take charge of operational matters, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to address them.
- Essential Requirements: A two-wheeler license and vehicle are mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate efficiently within teams.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential, while knowledge of Kannada and Telugu is a plus.
- Vendor Support: Assist in overseeing courier vendors and optimizing service efficiency.
