About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team, with a focus on Responsible AI. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to combine AI technology with ethical practices. The selected candidate will work in an R&D setting, guided by seasoned professionals, to research and develop ethical, transparent, and fair AI systems using responsible AI methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and deployment of AI systems, ensuring they comply with ethical standards and Responsible AI guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate Responsible AI practices into various projects and business solutions.
- Conduct research and experiments to enhance Responsible AI applications in our initiatives.
- Help develop educational programs to promote organizational commitment to Responsible AI.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in Responsible AI and Machine Learning, contributing to the team’s continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- A strong interest in AI ethics, keeping up-to-date with advancements in Responsible AI principles to ensure ethical AI development and deployment.
- Familiarity with data analysis, AI ethics, Responsible AI principles, and best practices for implementing ethical AI techniques.
- Ability to convey complex ideas in various formats, including blogs, presentations, publications, tutorials, and webinars.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI ethics and Responsible AI concepts through coursework, projects, or internships.

- Knowledge of cloud environments like GCP/AWS, PyTorch, Tensorflow, and HuggingFace.
