Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle intermediate-level system setup, configuration, and customization tasks.
- Install and maintain development support tools as needed.
- Provide regular project and task updates using DevOps tracking tools.
- Learn and apply Azure or AWS cloud technologies while collaborating with technical leads to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Perform system administration tasks with moderate complexity.
- Deliver client assistance through troubleshooting, implementing software upgrades, and supporting feature enhancements.
- Conduct data migration and analysis through ETL processes.
- Adhere to customer service standards and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Prepare and share progress reports with internal teams and clients.
- Manage and prioritize technical requirements from multiple clients simultaneously.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Contribute to internal development initiatives, tool creation, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum CGPA of 7.0 or higher.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud environments for resolving technical challenges and coordinating with peers, clients, and management.
- Strong organizational and delivery skills, with the ability to manage timelines and translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or SQL.
- Working knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or MS SQL Server.
- Experience with multiple operating systems, including various Linux distributions and Windows.
- Understanding of standard software development methodologies and the ability to prepare supporting documentation such as requirements, specifications, and test plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for project or client needs.
