Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones and addressing general customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Their primary duties include arranging services requested by customers and projecting a professional company image through phone interactions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Handle service calls from customers based in the US.
  2. Resolve queries and concerns during phone calls.
  3. Coordinate services required by customers.
  4. Provide customers with information about products and services.
  5. Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution.
  6. Recognize, document, and communicate trends in customer calls to the supervisor.
  7. Recommend process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Freshers or experienced external candidates can be considered (0 to 9 months of experience).
  2. Minimum graduation in any discipline.
  3. Must possess a customer-centric attitude.
  4. Excellent English language communication skills.
  5. Working knowledge of computers.
  6. Professional phone etiquettes and ability to work effectively in teams.
  7. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexibility for night shift timing.
