Job Title: Customer Service Representative I

Reports To: Team Leader, Customer Service

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform order management activities for the assigned regions using the relevant applications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the set performance metrics/SLAs.
  • Meet the daily turnaround time for orders as per the set TAT guidelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external processes defined.
  • Proactively escalate issues that may potentially affect business processes.

Other Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with good accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts.
  • As a Customer Service Representative-Order Management, you are expected to represent the company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty
