Job Title: Customer Service Representative I
Reports To: Team Leader, Customer Service
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform order management activities for the assigned regions using the relevant applications.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with the set performance metrics/SLAs.
- Meet the daily turnaround time for orders as per the set TAT guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external processes defined.
- Proactively escalate issues that may potentially affect business processes.
Other Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with good accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
- As a Customer Service Representative-Order Management, you are expected to represent the company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty
