WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate closely within one of Uber’s product teams, engaging in a project alongside designers and researchers.
- Gain hands-on experience in designing for a vast user base while bringing fresh perspectives to the team.
- Work extensively with prototypes, staying updated on the latest tools and techniques. Throughout your internship, you’ll explore both high and low-fidelity prototypes to refine your designs.
- Partner with product team members to fine-tune details and understand the importance of each phase in the product development lifecycle.
- Apply Uber’s design system while adapting it to address new challenges.
- Present your work to the design team, gathering valuable insights and creating portfolio-worthy projects.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design.
- Expected graduation in 2025 or 2026.
- Proficiency in conversational English, with strong reading and writing skills. Willingness to improve language skills further.
- Availability from July 2025 or earlier, with a commitment of six months.
- A growing portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX work, including at least one project demonstrating strong design capabilities. Work from academic projects, hackathons, design competitions, or publications is acceptable.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends across mobile, web, and desktop platforms, and have insights on improving user experiences.
