VERTIV Hiring – Software Engineer (UI)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in software engineering, computer science, or a related electronic field. Previous experience in agile development is desirable.
- Proficiency in web front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Demonstrated ability in JavaScript object programming, understanding prototype-based inheritance principles, and mastery of fundamental concepts including scope (chain), prototype (chain), closures, this binding, and variable hoisting.
- Proficient with at least one of the major front-end frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue. Strong familiarity with the Angular framework is preferred.
- Knowledgeable about HTTP/HTTPS protocols and fundamental network principles.
- Understanding of front-end modularization and exposure to RequireJs, CommonJs, or ES6 modules is advantageous.
- Experience utilizing canvas/svg/WebGL for image processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with advanced features of CSS3; expertise in the SASS language is beneficial.
- Demonstrates honesty, proactivity, and possesses strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Sound programming fundamentals, excellent coding practices, and coding abilities. Experience in CMM/CMMI implementation would be an asset.
