Your Role:
- Develop efficient, scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs for our Web and Mobile applications.
- Establish and maintain code quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews to enforce standards.
- Create and sustain internal tools to enhance developer efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize data to analyze and improve performance, monitoring product and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Present recommendations, reports, and findings to executive leadership.
- Deliver exceptional results and contribute positively to our team.
What We Seek:
- Extensive knowledge of web application development, including experience with large-scale web applications.
- Proficiency in web application performance tuning.
- Experience managing large, evolving codebases in a dynamic environment is advantageous.
- Interest in staying updated with the latest cloud technologies.
- In-depth understanding of server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Golang, or Node.js.
- 0-1+ years of software engineering experience.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, BITS-Pilani, IIITs, top NITs, DTU, NSIT, Stanford, UC, MIT, CMU, UW-Madison, ETH) or a distinguished work history.
