ZYCUS Recruitment 2024 – Product Technical Analyst

Zycus is currently seeking candidates for the position of Product Technical Analyst!

Candidate Responsibilities:

1. Fulfill the role of Product Technical Analyst for Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay).
2. Manage all facets of the Zycus Support Desk, serving as the primary contact for customers with queries or issues related to Zycus products, and be accessible through email, chat, and phone channels to address customer concerns.
3. Collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team to ensure timely deliverables, enhance efficiency, and resolve customer issues by coordinating with various teams from both Zycus and the customer side, ultimately aiming for high customer satisfaction.
4. Actively participate in and contribute to best practices, knowledge sharing, and explore opportunities for automation, innovating new approaches to enhance the customer experience, reduce manual efforts, and propose new processes.
5. Engage with customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating and participating in testing, including User Acceptance Testing.
6. Evaluate and propose inventive solutions and workarounds to address customer requirements.
7. Proficiently handle Zycus product configuration, Incident Management Tools, MS-Excel, and related tasks.
