Key Responsibilities:
Priority 1: Employee-Centric Responsibilities
- Assume the role of a reliable and exclusive point of contact for employees.
- Regularly provide coaching and guidance to employees, integral to their career progression, fostering realistic expectations, and aiding in bridging cultural disparities.
- Offer continuous support to employees throughout the process of aligning individuals with projects, facilitating the identification of optimal internal positions based on individual interests and aspirations.
- Engage in personalized, one-on-one career dialogues with employees.
- Strive to create an exceptionally inclusive and authentically humane Career Experience.
- Take ownership in resolving matters in areas such as career advancement, engagement, compensation, training, and performance milestones (performance counseling).
- Assist employees in navigating the organization and furnishing advice concerning overarching performance and career objectives.
Priority 2: Process and Business Support Responsibilities
- Fulfill the role of HR Coaches during the Performance cycle, contributing to the annual compensation evaluations and the administration of variable pay.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility units to ensure adherence to local regulations and customs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and recommend suitable candidates for development initiatives.
- Recognize the specific business requirements necessitated by distinctive group attributes and demands (e.g., engagement, attrition, change management projects).
