Responsibilities and Key Achievements

Managing Cost Control and Enhancing Line Productivity: Efficiently oversee and enhance productivity on the production line to control manpower costs effectively.

Cost Reduction Initiatives: Devise and implement strategies to reduce costs, including minimizing scrap, consumables, and manpower expenses.

Departmental Budget Planning and Monitoring: Take charge of planning and monitoring budgets for various departments, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Driving SPR Improvement: Lead efforts to achieve SPR (Safety, Productivity, and Reliability) improvement above 90%, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Defects Analysis and Countermeasures: Conduct thorough analysis of defects data and establish effective countermeasures to enhance product quality.

Market Complaint Analysis and Resolution: Handle the analysis, resolution, and monitoring of market complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Leadership in Assembly Manufacturing: Lead and guide the assembly manufacturing team to successfully achieve control over PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale).

Timely Product Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery of products as per the planned schedule, meeting customer demands.

Collaboration with Departments and Vendors: Effectively coordinate with internal, external, and vendor departments to drive continuous improvements.

New Product Establishment and Mass Production Implementation: Facilitate the establishment of new products and oversee the implementation of mass production processes.

Training Implementation: Adhere to training schedules for both workers and staff, ensuring their continuous skill development.

Conflict Resolution and Team Management: Efficiently manage daily manpower concerns by effectively resolving conflicts and disagreements. Provide inspiration to the team and review subordinates’ performance.

Analysis of Production, Quality, and Breakdown Issues: Conduct comprehensive gap analysis for production losses, quality deficiencies, and breakdowns.

Synchronization of Parts for Different Models: Ensure seamless synchronization of parts required for various models.
