Job Responsibilities:
As a participant in the development pathway, you will be prepared for a role as a Graduate Full Stack Developer (Java React), with the opportunity to engage in the following:

- Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field, along with internship experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks, expertise in rich web application development using React or JavaScript, familiarity with server-side development and database design (SQL and NoSQL), and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) are advantageous.
- Additionally, familiarity with test automation tools (XUnit, Postman, Cucumber, Selenium) and an advanced level of English proficiency are desired.
- You will be an integral part of a team based in Bengaluru.

About Us:
The Customer Services Digital Solution (SD) team is responsible for delivering digital solutions within the Maintenance and Engineering domain. This includes solutions for aircraft diagnostics (e.g., Skywise Health Monitoring), predictive maintenance (e.g., PRM and Skywise Predictive Maintenance), and maintenance optimization (e.g., Schedule Maintenance Optimizer). We also provide aircraft ground connectivity solutions for various Airbus aircraft models and airline IT connectivity solutions.
The Digital Operations and Innovations team collaborates with various domains, including IM, DTO, and others, to design and deliver software solutions. Our methodology is transitioning from traditional approaches to the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to accommodate large development teams.
Job Responsibilities (Associate System Engineer):
As an Associate System Engineer, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Designing, developing, testing, documenting, publishing, supporting, and operating web applications.
- Deploying highly available, scalable, maintainable, and monitored solutions.
- Implementing test automation to cover various aspects of testing, including unit testing, functional testing, security testing, and load and performance testing.
- Developing, updating, and utilizing CI/CD pipelines to enable fully automated deployments of applications across all environments.
- Utilizing technologies such as Java, React, and AWS.
- Demonstrating self-awareness and a proactive approach to your own development.
Salary Range:
Salary for this position ranges from 1,000,000 INR to 1,464,000 INR.
