Job Description


Our Apprenticeship Program offers a valuable opportunity to gain industry-relevant knowledge and skills while experiencing the corporate world. Depending on the team you join, you’ll have the chance to learn a combination of skills and tasks specific to the role:

Facilities Assistant – Trainee:

  • Training in client relationship skills, including handling guests and employees at the front desk.
  • Various administrative tasks training, such as Badge Issuance and coordination with employees.
  • Maintenance of reception area, conference rooms, café, and common areas.
  • Responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Training on creating work orders and requesting resources for building and housekeeping services.
  • Upkeep of common area equipment and event coordination.

Staffing Recruiter – Trainee:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external candidates.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines through candidate relationship interactions.
  • Managing candidate inquiries and facilitating candidate processes.
  • Recruitment support on sourcing and candidate screening.
  • Event planning and execution.

Benefits Analyst – Trainee:

  • Managing relationships with benefits and technology providers.
  • Hands-on experience in tech-based benefits management using Darwin platform.
  • Insight into the management of new SOW submissions and approvals.
  • Learning to manage escalation models within Cisco, internally and with vendors.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint for Benefits Knowledge Management.

Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee:

  • Assisting in data analysis and crunching.
  • Supporting the team with process and execution on NYR activities.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders on account creation process.
  • Assisting segments in co-ordination on new programs/projects.

Project Coordinator – Trainee:

  • Contributing to the execution of established or low-complexity projects.
  • Developing basic knowledge of project management and engineering/technical domain.
  • Assisting in developing project plans and schedules.
  • Understanding best practices metrics for specific project requirements.
  • Gaining understanding of various engineering processes and practices.

Finance Analyst – Trainee:

  • Learning to document business requirements and standard operating procedures.
  • Understanding bookkeeping in the company through guided actions.
  • Supporting the team on various daily tasks.
  • Learning to operate various corporate tools for data analysis.
  • Conducting effective and efficient data gathering and presenting insights to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Performing metrics analysis as required.

Who you are:

  • Completed B.Com, BBA, BA, and BBM (Non-Engineering degrees).
  • Graduated in 2022 and 2023.
  • Available for a 12-month period starting Sept/Oct 2023.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Good communication skills, passion for learning, proactive engagement, solution-seeking attitude, and a team player.
