Job Description:

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor queues and identify schedule non-adherence.
  • Serve as the central contact for schedule exceptions and time-off requests.
  • Track service levels and related metrics.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Track daily and weekly attendance.
  • Address escalated issues and requests from site management.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for SLA deviations, develop action plans, and implement resolutions.
  • Oversee real-time queue management, schedule adherence, and attendance.
  • Process daily exception requests and update schedules accordingly.
  • Cross-train with the Scheduling Analyst.
  • Optimize breaks for the current or next day’s schedule.
  • Schedule intra-day training requests and update schedules as needed.
  • Participate in centralized or site management meetings as required.
  • Handle real-time ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Prepare weekly performance and KPI reports, maintaining performance dashboards.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses for management.
  • Compile monthly performance data for operational incentives.
  • Prepare performance data for operations and client recognition and reward (RnR) programs.
  • Understand capacity planning and scheduling for the process.
  • Maintain and update trackers for ongoing programs and projects.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Address escalated issues and requests from account management.
